This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the PrivacyPolicy) applies to all information that the Administration of the Service may obtain about the user during the use of the Autok Service.

1. BASIC CONCEPTS

In this Privacy Policy, the following terms and concepts are used:

"ADMINISTRATION OF AUTOK" (hereinafter referred to as theAdministration of the Service) – authorized employees for the management of the Autok Service, who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

"AUTOK SERVICE" – a mobile application that is a program for electronic computing machines of the Autok Service, installed on the User's device under the control of mobile operating systems iOS, Android, and allows to automate the User's access to the Service.

"PERSONAL DATA" – any information that relates to a specific identifiable based on such information individual, necessary for theAdministration of the Service in connection with the fulfillment of contractual obligations to the User.

In addition, personal data includes data that is automatically transmitted to the Service during its use with the help of the software installed on theUser's device, including IP addresses, geolocation data, information from cookies, information about the User's browser or device (or other program through which access to the Autok Service is made), data about the mobile operator, access time, address of the requested page.

"PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA" – collection, systematization,accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution(including transfer), depersonalization, automation, blocking, destruction of the User's personal data.

"USER" – a person who uses the Autok Service in the manner regulated by the Administration of the Service.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The User's use of the Autok Service means agreement with this PrivacyPolicy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Usermust stop using the Autok Service.

2.3. The Administration of the Autok Service does not verify the accuracy ofpersonal data provided by the User.

2.4. By using the Autok Service, the User confirms that:

- has all the necessary rights that allow him/her to register (create anaccount) and/or use the services of the Autok Service without creating anaccount;

- provides accurate information about himself/herself in the amounts necessaryfor the use of the services of the Autok Service, mandatory fields for fillingin for further provision of the services of the Autok Service are marked in aspecial way, all other information is provided by the User at his/herdiscretion;

- understands that the information in the Autok Service posted by the Userabout himself/herself may become available to third parties not specified inthis Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;

- has read this Policy, expresses his/her consent to it and accepts the rightsand obligations specified therein. Familiarization with the terms of thisPolicy, use of the Autok Service, or sending data through feedback forms is theUser's written consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer ofpersonal data provided by the User to third parties.

2.5. The Administration of the Service reserves the right to block the accountin case of detection of content that contains offensive, pornographic, orintolerant elements towards other users. Also, in case of receiving a complaintabout the distribution of offensive content or deliberate insult to otherusers.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration ofthe Service for non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of theconfidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of theAdministration of the Service when filling out the registration form orfeedback form in the Autok Service.

3.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is providedby the User by filling out the registration form in the Autok Service.

3.3. The administration collects statistics on IP addresses, geolocation data,information from cookies, information about the User's device (or other programthrough which access to the Autok Service is made), data about the mobileoperator, access time, address of the requested page of its users. Thisinformation is used to identify and resolve technical problems, to control thelegality of advertising campaigns and financial payments.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The User's personal data may be used by the Administration of the AutokService for the purpose of:

- Creating an account and further authentication and providing the User withaccess to the personal account.

- Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications,requests, mailings, SMS mailings regarding the use of the Autok Service.

- Determining the User's location to ensure security, prevent fraud.

- Fulfilling contractual and pre-contractual obligations with respect to theUser.

- Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by theUser.

- Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case ofproblems related to the use of the Autok Service.

- Providing the User, with his/her consent, updates to the Autok Service,special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the AutokService.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without timelimit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems withthe use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration of theAutok Service informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.3. The Administration of the Autok Service takes the necessary organizationaland technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawfulor accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution,as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.4. The Administration of the Autok Service, together with the User, takes allnecessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused bythe loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.1. Provide up-to-date information about personal data necessary for the useof the Autok Service.

6.1.2. Update and supplement the information provided to the Administration ofthe Autok Service about personal data in case of changes to this information.

6.2. The Administration of the Autok Service is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified inclause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of confidential information.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User'spersonal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect suchinformation in the existing business turnover.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Administration of the Autok Service is responsible in accordance withthe legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, theAdministration of the Autok Service is not responsible if this confidentialinformation:

- 7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

- 7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by theAdministration of the Autok Service.

- 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent or by the User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from therelationship between the User and the Administration of the Autok Service, itis mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlementof the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date ofreceipt of the claim, in writing, notifies the applicant of the claim about theresults of its consideration.

8.3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and theAdministration of the Autok Service are governed by the current legislation ofUkraine.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Administration of the Autok Service has the right to make changes tothis Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted onthe Autok Service, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the PrivacyPolicy.

9.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should bereported to the Administration of the Autok Service at usa@autok.app.
