Autok Service User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is an electronic agreement that establishes legally bindingterms that you must accept to use the Service. By accessing or using theService, you accept this Agreement and agree to the rules, terms, and noticescontained or referenced herein, and you agree that this Agreement and allnotices are provided to you electronically.

2. Eligibility

No part of the Service is intended for persons under 18 years of age. You mustbe at least 18 years old to access and use the Service. This Agreement isgoverned by the current legislation of Ukraine.

3. Description of the Service

The Service is intended for all road users and auto services. Through theService, you can find the best auto service for your car, communicate withother users, and discuss your favorite cars. The Service provides exclusivediscounts on fuel from partner gas stations (WOG, BVS) and spare parts, as wellas the opportunity to receive useful tips and services.

4. Account Creation. Term of the Agreement

To use the Service, you must download the AUTOK mobile application from theofficial Apple Store or Google Play website. The Service may contain paidservices. This Agreement is effective during the use of the Service and/oraccount. You can delete the AUTOK mobile application at any time for any reasonby filling out a simple account deletion request, and we will delete all yourpersonal data.

The Administration of the Service may terminate or suspend your account at anytime without prior notice if the Administration of the Service believes thatyou have violated this Agreement or for any other reason (or without reason) atits sole discretion. The Administration of the Service is not obligated todisclose the reason for the termination or suspension of your account.

5. Ownership Rights

The Administration of the Service owns and retains all ownership rights to theService and all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and otherintellectual property rights related thereto. © Autok website and mobileapplication are the property of GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES LTD. All rightsare protected by applicable law.

6. In-App Purchases

The Administration of the Service may offer additional products and servicesfor purchase through the App Store, Google Play, or other applications. If youchoose to make in-app purchases, you will be prompted to enter your accountdetails from the mobile platform you use, and your account will be charged forin-app purchases according to the terms notified during the purchase.

7. Changes to the Service

The Administration of the Service reserves the right to modify or discontinue,temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) at any time withor without notice. You agree that the Administration of the Service shall notbe liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, ordiscontinuation of the Service. To protect the integrity of the Service, theAdministration of the Service reserves the right, at any time and at its solediscretion, to block access to the Service for users from certain IP addresses.

8. Copyright Policy

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the priorwritten consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that no Administration of the Service shall beliable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses, including bodilyinjury or death, resulting from or alleged to result from: (i) any incorrect orinaccurate content posted in the Service, whether caused by users or anyequipment or software used in the Service; (ii) the timeliness, deletion,incorrect delivery, or failure to store any content, messages, or personalsettings; (iii) the conduct of any user, whether online or offline; (iv) anyerrors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation ortransmission, data theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to any user; or(v) any problems, failures, or technical malfunctions of any telephone networkor lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment,software, email failures due to technical problems, or traffic congestion onthe Internet or any website or combination thereof, including injury or damageto users or any other computer or device related to or resulting fromdownloading materials from the Internet and/or in connection with the Service.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration of theService provides the Service "as is" and "as available" andmakes no warranties, statutory or otherwise, regarding the Service (includingall content contained therein), including, without limitation, any impliedwarranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose. TheAdministration of the Service makes no warranties that the services will beprovided uninterrupted or error-free.
